Supplier Quality Rating, Delivery Rating, Purchase Orders and Supplier Performance Summary is now available through our online SQAR System.
If you are a supplier and have not requested your account, contact your PQAR to assure you are listed as a "contact" for your company in the LM Aero PQN System, then go to the On-line SQAR area to find the account request form. Fill out the form on line, print it and fax it to the number at the bottom of the form. In most cases your account should be available in 48 hours if ALL fields are correctly filled out. You will receive your account information via return email.
