Employees who have been acknowledged as champions of diversity through the Heart of Diversity Award are leaders, individual contributors and teams who understand that embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace is not about promoting the latest catch phrase or trendy initiative.

It's about ensuring the success of our business.
The available workforce today and for the future will be increasingly more diverse and younger – and the number of available positions is projected to exceed the talent pool. There is a war for talent looming in the near horizon, and the winners will be companies that create a culture where diversity and inclusion are part of the fabric of the culture.

According to a study conducted by McKinsey and Company, a leading business consulting firm, the most important corporate asset in the 21st century will not be technology or plant infrastructure, but talented people.
